If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, I am here to help! You can easily return the product and get a full refund or exchange for the product for another one of the same value within 30 days from the date you purchased it.

- Returned items must not be worn (for hygiene purposes).
- Returned items must have tags still attached and be returned in original packaging.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned.
- Costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the consumer.

To return an item, simply follow these steps:
- Email email@example.com with order reference, reason for return, whether you would like a refund or exchange, and I will handle the rest.
- It is strongly recommended that returned items are to sent via registered post as it is not possible to process a return without physical goods or proof of delivery.
- A confirmation email will be sent once returned items are received and you'll be provided with an update on the processing time of your refund or exchange.
